IT System Engineer – Infrastructure (w/m/d) (Cataluña)

We are looking for an experienced IT System Engineer – Infrastructure who enjoys combining technical expertise with operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment. Your Responsibilities
- Design, implement, operate, and continuously optimize enterprise IT infrastructure services (servers, storage, virtualization, and related systems)
- Ensure high availability, stability, and service quality across our global IT environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders worldwide to understand requirements and deliver effective infrastructure solutions
- Analyse incidents, coordinate troubleshooting activities, and provide technical support when needed
- Participate in international IT infrastructure and transformation projects
- Support automation, configuration management, and orchestration initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and technology providers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of our infrastructure landscape Your Profile
- Relevant technical education or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in enterprise data center infrastructure
- Knowledge of configuration management and orchestration tools
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Passion for modern technologies and infrastructure innovation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
- Very good German and English language skills What We Offer
