Consequently, we are seeking a creative and highly organized Marketing & Content Creation Intern to join our team in Marbella for a 6-month, full-time university internship. In this role, you aren’t just fetching coffee; instead, you are gaining hands‑on exposure to luxury hospitality marketing. Specifically, you will support our team with event logistics, administrative coordination, and the creation of engaging visual content that aligns with our premium brand identity. Job Description: Marketing & Content Creation Intern Your Mission: Brand Storytelling & Operational Support Your primary goal involves supporting the Marketing team in the coordination of partnerships, events, and content creation for Lucia Marbella. Therefore, you will act as a bridge between creative execution and marketing operations. By doing so, you ensure smooth communication with internal teams and external suppliers while directly contributing to our digital presence. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in capturing and creating engaging photo and video content for social media campaigns. Furthermore , you will help prepare marketing materials and branding items for events.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate vendor setups, assist with operational follow-up, and provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution. Specifically, you will help coordinate logistics related to artist arrivals and travel.
- Administrative Support: Prepare order sheets, invoices, and documentation for the finance team. In addition , you will organize contracts, operational files, and entertainment agreements.
- Vendor Management: Assist in sourcing suppliers for marketing needs and coordinate with approved vendors for purchasing branding assets.
- Brand Standards: Monitor the daily presentation of the venue, ensuring all marketing elements are correctly displayed and align with the Lucia Marbella identity. Who You Are
- The Academic: You are currently studying or have recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- The Linguist: Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
- The Local Expert: You are preferably already based in Marbella, as strong knowledge of the local Marbella market is essential.
- The Creative Organizer: You possess strong organizational and administrative skills coupled with a creative mindset and an interest in social media.
