Hostess / Recepción (Marbella)

Oyana Beach Marbella the second establishment of the LUUMA GROUP on the beachfront. A restaurant with 150 seats and 75 beach beds. Hospitality, quality and comfort are our fundamental values. We make our customers feel at home.

As part of our team, the receptionist will be responsible for managing the first interactions with customers according to quality standards, ensuring a pleasant experience for the clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Welcome guests.
- Organizing the reservation system.
- Cover manager duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in restaurants.
- knowledge of COVER MANAGER
- Own transportation.
- Living in the area.
- Soft skills: friendly, cordial, attentive, and efficient.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, teamwork, and responsibility.
