**Your profile**
- Must have prior experience in ERP, Dynamics AX nice to have.
- Must be self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Spanish, good understanding in English and notions of French an advantage.

**Main responsibilities & tasks**
- Creation and update of master data.
- Contact with suppliers for different matters as support to AP team.
- Maintenance and support with ticketing tool.
- Review and assignation of tickets related to incidents from the Schools and from suppliers.
- Support on ticket tool answering the suppliers incidents and review the payments with AP team.
- Follow-up on all issues ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
