We are now recruiting passionate Commis & Prep Chefs to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.

The adecuado candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality standards while developing their culinary skills in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in line with COYA standards
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place ahead of service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across your section
- Follow recipes and specifications accurately
- Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (experience as Commis or Prep Chef preferred)
- Strong passion for food and willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Good communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
