Graduate Trainee: SDV & eHouse Production Rotations (Martorell)

About the Role We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Graduate Trainee Program within the Production Department, specifically in the Prototype Center (CPP) – eHouse area. In this position, you will work on innovative projects related to Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), gaining a deep understanding of both product architecture and industrialisation processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Automotive or Electronic Engineering. Master’s Degree is valuable. Languages: Spanish and English (minimum level C1), Valuable German. Skills: Knowledge of programming and coding environments, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work with complex systems and processes, Creativity and critical thinking, Proactive mindset and willingness to learn. Other: International experience (Erasmus, international professional experience, etc.) Nice to have: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence environments, Data management and analytics skills, Advanced German, Background in electronics, Strategic and critical thinking mindset. Selection Process As a first phase, the pre-selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
