Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. As a Site HR Support your **mission**:

- Supports employees' arrivals & departures: presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files
- Transfers information & documents to the related structure (internal, or external) when required
- Relays when necessary the information to employees & managers related to all HR topics (ie: all certificates...)
- Presence control
- Employees support related to Payroll topics
- Hirings

**To be able to be selected for this position, you need to fulfill the next requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Industrial Relations or Master’s degree in HR.
- Passionate about HR topics.
- Be result-oriented commitment to teamwork within an international environment.
- Professionalism and transparency.
- Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish.
