Office Assistant for Production + Sales Team
- Will be processing orders
- Track/ship samples and swatch
- Prep samples for meetings
- Data entry such as product attributes or any doc required by sales and production team
- Communicate with shipping department to ensure shipping is on track
- Ensure shipping labels are created and payments are captured before order fulfillment. Responsibilities

- Able to multitask and detail oriented
- Great communicator and able to delegate work accordingly to team members
- Know how to use Excel, Word and Outlook as well as computer skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and Photoshop, Illustrator
- Great taste in fashion junior, contemporary market
- Design school graduate preferred
- Fluent in English
- 5+ years of company sales experience with own sales accounts preferred
- Establish/maintain new accounts and process / follow up PO with buyers
- Attend & travel for out of state meetings (Must be eligible to travel)
- Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with an existing client base
- Communicates proactively with clients and responds in a timely manner to all correspondence. Expected to go the "extra mile" to build customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Experience with fit specs and fit comments
