Plant General Manager – Automotive Manufacturing Spain – Galicia Region (Vigo / Pontevedra / Atlantic Industrial Corridor) Starting with Executive Assignment – Approx. 3 Years full time Fixed-Term Contract, could also be Interim Management Structure We are conducting an exclusive search for a Plant General Manager on behalf of an international automotive group operating in Galicia, Spain — one of Southern Europe's most established automotive manufacturing corridors. The site is entering a new strategic phase. The incoming GM will own a 3-year industrial roadmap covering operational recovery, performance improvement, organizational realignment, and the construction of a credible long-term industrial project — across a high-volume manufacturing environment in polymers, plastics, and assembly. This is a full-scope leadership role: manufacturing performance, operational discipline, team mobilization, and social climate management in a demanding transformation context. The right profile combines hard operational control with the ability to create genuine momentum across the organization. We are looking for a senior industrial executive with a proven track record in high-pressure manufacturing — automotive, Tier 1, or comparable high-volume environments. Demonstrated results in turnaround, restructuring, Lean execution, and workforce transformation are expected.
