- Education: Preferably a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, HR, Digital Adoption, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–4 years in change management, digital transformation, or technology implementation (consulting experience is a plus).
- Languages: Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus. What you'll do:
- Design and implement change management strategies for digital transformation projects.
- Lead the adoption of AI tools in the workplace (M365 Copilot, Gemini Workplace).
- Support the deployment and integration of SAP S/4HANA , SuccessFactors , and Salesforce .
- Develop and execute internal communication plans , training programs , and cultural change initiatives .
- Engage and manage stakeholders across departments and levels.
- Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement. The value for you:
