WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Adhere to agreed SLAs Troubleshoot and resolve issues across customer applications Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production environments Ensure issues are resolved or escalated in a timely mannerManage communication with customers to maintain strong relationships Use tools, training and experience to ensure high customer satisfaction Document issue resolution and application knowledge Ensure application data loads are completed on schedule WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE?Java Microservices MongoDB Splunk, VictorOps, AppDynamics, ELK Stack Selenium AWS or Azure Python, Docker, Kubernetes Grafana, Jenkins, Git WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years' experience:

6–10 years English: B2 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or informatics Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities Experience in application support and production environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborativelyExperience working with global stakeholders WHERE AND WHEN?
