- Hold a university degree with 2–4 years of experience in FMCG Key Account Management, including managing complex customer portfolios and operating in dynamic commercial environments, with strong English proficiency.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of end to end sales processes, close cross functional collaboration (Marketing, Finance, Logistics), and full ownership of customer P&L; management to drive profitable growth.
- Possess strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and change management skills, with the ability to work autonomously or within cross functional teams to achieve business objectives.
