Experteer Overview

As AI Solutions Analyst at Grifols you will identify, design, and deliver AI use cases that create measurable business value. You will translate challenges into scalable AI solutions, working across functions to boost efficiency, innovation, and decision-making. You’ll own the full lifecycle of AI services from ideation to deployment and operations, collaborating with IT, business units, and external AI partners. This role offers scope to shape enterprise AI strategy while staying current with new generative capabilities. You will help drive adoption and measure impact, making AI a business-enabling force.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Hands-on experience developing or implementing AI solutions on cloud platforms
• Experience with agentic AI projects is highly valued
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and enterprise architectures
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions and strong problem-solving mindset
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills across diverse general teams
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for exploring new AI capabilities
• Experience driving AI awareness, adoption, change-management, or digital transformation
• Experience in Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry) is a plus
• Advanced English
