As a Technical Lead, you will steer the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud data products, focusing on data warehouse and lake architectures to boost analytics capabilities. You will act as a Snowflake and DBT SME, guiding design and implementation of data flows and advanced data modeling such as Data Vault 2.0. You will lead hands-on data work, writing optimized SQL and using Python for processing, while building robust pipelines and ensuring data quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives, and mentor junior developers. This role offers a chance to shape our data strategy and scale data solutions across the organization.

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years as a Snowflake Developer and 10+ years in data modeling and data warehousing
• proficient with complex SQL and advanced Python
• strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
• experience with DBT for data transformation
• Snowflake performance tuning and query optimization
• knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps
• IaC tools familiarity (Terraform or CloudFormation) is a plus
• excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
