Internship in the Business Architecture Area Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Working Student to join our Business Process Management (BPM) function as a Business Process Architect trainee. In this role, you will learn how to design, optimize, and manage end-to-end business processes that enable strategic initiatives, improve efficiency, and drive value across functions using latest technologies and AI. Responsibilities
- Assist in mapping, modeling, and analyzing end-to-end business processes using BPM tools (e.g., BPMN, process mining, value stream mapping).
- Support the design of optimized processes, including process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities.
- Help define process metrics (KPIs), SLAs, and governance structures; monitor performance and report findings.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma/Lean awareness a plus) and support project work streams.
- Create clear process documentation, runbooks, and training materials for stakeholders.
- Support the setup and maintenance of Process Automation initiatives (RPA, workflow automation). Benefits
