In this role, you will lead seasoning development for a key strategic snack customer, spanning concept to production support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and directly with the customer to ensure high performance and satisfaction. You will translate market needs into robust formulations while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable production. The position offers hands-on impact in a collaborative environment with a focus on flavor, stability, and process behavior. This role connects product innovation with real-world manufacturing and customer success.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead development of seasoning solutions tailored to customer portfolios
• Create, optimize, and adapt formulations based on targets, needs, and regulations
• Ensure application performance in finished products (taste, stability, process)
• Evaluate formulations via lab work, pilot trials, and industrial validation
• Support scale-up and production trials at internal and customer sites
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Serve as key technical contact for the customer on projects and innovations
• Collaborate with Ru0026D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, and Supply Chain
• Deliver projects on time with proper documentation and alignment to processes and constraints
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental standards compliance

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• 5–9 years of seasoning, savory, or flavor development experience (ideally in snacks)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of seasoning functionality in industrial production
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing trials and scale-up
• Knowledge of ingredients, processing technologies, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to translate market trends into product development
• Experience managing cost optimization, raw material selection, and margin targets
• Customer-facing confidence and clear communication
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
