- Design and develop cloud-native backend services using Java (Mainline) and Spring Boot on a Cloud Foundry-based PaaS platform .
- Deploy and manage applications across data centers (CRZ & CnRZ) and Public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Work with Kubernetes/CaaS for containerized and stateful workloads when required.
- Implement scalable data solutions using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and object storage technologies.
- Build and integrate REST APIs via API Gateway and implement asynchronous messaging with Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Ensure secure communication (WAF) and contribute to modern observability practices using Splunk, Grafana Cloud (OpenTelemetry), and Icinga.
- Contribute to a scalable microservices architecture following cloud-native best practices. Requirements: Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong experience with Java
- Solid experience with Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience working in microservices architectures
- Understanding of distributed systems
- At least B2 German Level Nice to Have:
- Experience with Hexagonal Architecture
- Experience in cloud-native environments (Cloud Foundry / Kubernetes)
- Experience in financial or accounting systems We positively value all work or study experience abroad. All positions require a high level of English (at least B2)
