Role Description This is a full-time on-site Postdoctoral Research Assistant role located in Móstoles. The Postdoctoral Research Assistant will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments to support ongoing research projects. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing laboratory work, collecting and analyzing data, preparing research reports, and collaborating with team members on various scientific initiatives. The candidate will also contribute to publications, presentations, and the development of innovative methodologies relevant to the company’s sustainability goals. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analysis to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong Research capabilities, including the ability to design and execute experiments.
- Laboratory Skills with practical expertise in handling laboratory equipment and methodologies.
- Excellent Communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and engaging in collaborative team efforts.
- Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline such as Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with data science tools or software for analysis is a plus.
