Customer Care – Spanish Speaker – Onsite (Athens, Greece)

Location: Athens, Greece (Onsite) Start Dates: June & July 2026 Work Model: Onsite – Relocation to Greece required About the Role Join a leading international digital environment as a Spanish-speaking Customer Care Representative based in Athens. In this role, you will support users through multiple communication channels, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries, account issues, and general support
- Provide high-quality customer service and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
- Work efficiently within a dynamic international team
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive user experience Requirements
- Spanish: C2 / Native level
- English: B2 minimum
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
- EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Greece Working Schedule
- Full-time position (8h/day)
- Rotational 8-hour shifts
- Shifts communicated in advance
- 2 rotating days off per week Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: €1,045.72 gross/month
