**Salary**: €47,000 net per year + Tips

We’re seeking a **Head Chef**for high-volume, fine-dining restaurant combining Asian (60%) and Mediterranean (40%) cuisine, with a strong focus on vegetables, sushi, and Josper oven cooking.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven Head Chef or strong Sous Chef experience
- Solid sushi background
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent food cost control with strong attention to detail
- Full HACCP knowledge
- Comfortable in high-volume, high-pressure environments
