FPGA Firmware Engineer
with solid experience in FPGA-based designs and embedded systems. The ideal candidate has expertise in digital signal processing, high-speed designs, and SoC-based architectures, and is comfortable working in advanced FPGA environments for demanding applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and validate firmware solutions using Intel and Xilinx FPGAs.Develop and execute simulation, validation techniques, and test benches. Work on System-on-Chip (SoC) designs, integrating IP Cores and embedded systems. Design and implement high-frequency digitalization systems, including frequency converters and high clock-rate designs. Implement digital processing blocks in FPGAs, such as filters and FFTs, considering FPGA-specific constraints and implications.Use laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers for validation and debugging.. Requirements Proven experience developing with Intel and Xilinx FPGAs. Strong knowledge of simulation tools, validation techniques, and test bench development. Experience with SoC architectures and embedded systems.Solid background in digital signal processing on FPGAs (filters, FFTs). Experience with high-speed digital designs and high-frequency clock systems. Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers. Advanced technical knowledge of SoC technologies such as MicroBlaze, NIOS, and Zynq.Professional fluency in English. Optional / Nice-to-Have Experience with advanced SoC platforms such as MPSoC and RFSoC. Experience working with state-of-the-art FPGA families, including Versal.
