Experteer Overview

In this role you will build smart automation and AI-assisted applications to boost speed, accuracy, and data-driven decision making across Europe & CIS. You’ll collaborate with a Data Engineer to translate data models into user-facing tools and engage with internal stakeholders. Expect hands-on work with structured and unstructured data, lightweight front-end interfaces, and AI service integrations. This position blends development, data handling, and business process automation to drive measurable impact.

• Design and implement AI-enhanced automations and end-to-end workflow solutions
• Work with structured and unstructured data (CSV, PDF, text, images, reports) for automation and AI use cases
• Build lightweight web UI components to improve user interaction with automation tools
• Integrate AI services (LLMs, Copilot, ChatGPT) into business processes
• Create dashboards or insights using Power BI or similar tools

Responsabilidades
• A few years of experience with Python and JavaScript for data manipulation
• Experience with structured and unstructured data types (PDFs, CSVs, images, text-heavy documents)
• Familiarity with automation concepts (Power Automate, AI orchestration frameworks, scripting/macros)
• Strong SQL knowledge (procedures, joins, filters, queries; basic star schema)
• Ability to clean, structure, validate raw data to derive insights
• Affinity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, LLMs, APIs)
• Basic web UI development experience for simple interfaces
