Indirect Procurement Engineer (Cañada Rosal)

We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Engineer to join an international renewable energy company and support the procurement and coordination of indirect services related to wind turbine installation projects across Europe and other integral markets. Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and negotiate RFQs for indirect project management and construction services.
- Negotiate commercial and operational terms with suppliers, including pricing, payment milestones, warranties, and delivery conditions.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified supplier networks.
- Define and implement purchasing strategies and framework agreements.
- Support sales and tendering teams by providing project cost estimations.
- Review supplier proposals and negotiate contracts and terms & conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure the best balance between quality, delivery, and cost.
- Manage multiple quotations and purchase orders simultaneously in a dynamic international environment.
- Collaborate closely with sales, tendering, construction, and project teams across different countries.
- Contribute to the improvement of global procurement standards, tools, and processes.
- Report regularly on procurement achievements, risks, and challenges. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or similar).
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement and supplier negotiation, ideally within wind energy and/or renewable energy sectors.
- Experience in indirect procurement, project management procurement, or construction services is a plus.
- Fluent English level (minimum C1) is mandatory.
- Spanish and/or German will be valued positively.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience identifying contractual and commercial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable mindset.
- Availability for occasional international travel.
