Gift Shop Assistant (Palma)

As a Gift Shop Assistant, your daily responsibilities will keep the store running smoothly and our customers happy. Your main tasks will include:
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service to all shop visitors.
- Actively selling gift items and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Managing the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring the store is always neat and visually appealing. To be successful in this role, you should bring a positive attitude and a solid foundation in retail. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a similar retail or shop assistant role.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work a adaptable schedule, including weekends, as part of a 40-hour work week from Monday to Sunday.
- Willingness to work fixed shifts, specifically alternating between three morning shifts and three afternoon shifts.
- Fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with local customers and team members. We value your hard work and commitment to our store.
