Front Office Representative (Seasonal) (Palma)

Role purpose: Support the marina team in delivering a welcoming, friendly and professional experience to all guests and visitors. Help customers with their daily needs and ensure smooth front office operations during the busy season. Key Accountabilities
- Welcome customers and visitors to the marina
- Support guests during arrival and departure
- Answer customer questions in person, by phone or email
- Support enquires, mooring sales, invoices and booking administration work.
- Handle customer requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle and Support collection processes, by mails or outbound calls
- Assist with check-in procedures and customer documentation
- Help maintain customer information in the system
- Work closely with marina teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with general front office and administrative tasks
- Support the team in resolving simple customer issues Core Competencies, knowledge and Experience

- Fluency in English – verbal and written
- A second language will be highly appreciated
