To be part of our Barceló Hotel Management Internship Program , you should meet the following criteria:  Final-year student in a Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Hotel Management (or a related field), and eligible to sign an internship agreement through your school or university  Previous hands-on experience through at least two operational internships, ideally across different hotel departments (e.g., Rooms Division and Food & Beverage)  Strong English skills (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a big plus ??
