TESL Teacher/ Language Coach (Pamplona)

Language Coach/ TESL English Tutor At Academia Georgetown we are currently inviting committed, dynamic and goal-oriented individuals with a solid understanding of the English language to join our team. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding presentation and interpersonal abilities along with digital competence. Some of our best professionals have had no previous English teaching experience, therefore no previous English teaching experience is required. · In-depth knowledge of Zoom and/or Google Meet and its features as a host (Breakout rooms/Multiple Screen Sharing/ classroom control) is an asset.
· Knowledge of Spanish is not a requirement but it is a strong asset. Teachers and Tutors at Academia Georgetown are given the resources and training to:
· Assess class and student levels to personalize our resources to each student.
· Mediate groups and motivate students to reach their goals using the Georgetown Method.
· Implement dynamic activities with a purpose that encourage communication and guarantee an effective learning outcome.
· Deliver high quality professional classes to all students.
· Evaluate and document students' progress (including, but not limited to grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, writing and speaking) to provide a plan tailored to their needs using the Georgetown Method.
· Document and report class and student progress to the Dean and Administration.
