The HR Specialist will support the Integral HR Head in driving key HR processes across Iberia, combining strong operational HR knowledge with capabilities in data analytics, compensation, talent acquisition, and annual HR cycles. The role is key to professionalize HR processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards.
- Analyze workforce data to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
- HR Reports
- Support salary review processes and calibration cycles.
- Analyze internal equity and external market benchmarks.
- Monitor compensation structures and propose improvements.
- Ensure alignment with company policies and budget. 3. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles and sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate evaluation.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and employer branding. 4. Annual HR Processes & Training Management
- Coordinate and manage the annual Performance Review cycle (goal setting, mid-year, year-end).
- Follow up on completion, quality, and calibration of performance evaluations.
- Support managers during performance discussions and calibration sessions.
- Monitor and ensure completion of mandatory and developmental training programs .
- Track compliance with internal and external training requirements.
- Generate reports on training completion and performance outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement of performance management processes. 5. HR Administration & Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, exits).
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Support payroll coordination with Finance/external providers. 6. HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Drive HR digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions.
- Support organizational changes and restructuring projects. Profile Requirements Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar. Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in HR (generalist or specialist roles).
- Experience in performance management, training follow-up, or HR analytics.
- Experience in multinational environments is a plus. Skills
- Strong analytical mindset and data orientation.
- Advanced Excel (mandatory); experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Solid understanding of performance management processes.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of English (mandatory).
- Proactive and hands-on.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong execution and follow-up mindset.
- Business-oriented and solution-driven.
