Role Purpose As an Accountant, Accounts Payable Specialist , in our Extremadura Office (Navalmoral de la Mata), you will manage the full accounts payable cycle. The adecuado candidate will be detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized, capable of handling a high volume of invoices while ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies. Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and record domestic and international supplier invoices.
- Manage payments and bank reconciliations.
- Review discrepancies and resolve supplier issues.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department and other teams to ensure correct expense allocation.
- Prepare periodic accounts payable and cash flow reports.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of the full supplier cycle.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Intermediate/advanced English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Knowledge of Spanish and European tax regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
