Accountant (Accounts Receivable & General Accounting) Location: O Porriño, PO, ES, 36475 Country/Region: Spain Job Function: Finance Requisition ID: 46467 Job Description This role is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting of customer transactions, correct sales recognition, and compliant financial records. As part of the Finance team, you play a key role in protecting revenue accuracy, supporting audits, and ensuring alignment with tax and accounting standards. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including issuing invoices and credit notes in line with customer requests and tax regulations.
- Record customer transactions accurately in the accounting system and ensure timely delivery of invoices.
- Control and update sales prices based on purchase orders, and validate customer deductions or price corrections.
- Perform general accounting controls, including intercompany reconciliations and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare accounting support documentation and reports such as bank reconciliations, delivery note checks, and expense bookings. Skills

- 3+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role within an industrial or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, credit notes, sales price controls, and basic tax compliance.
- Experience with general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze discrepancies and financial risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (suggested).
