In this role you will perform design and development work within projects, applying engineering standards to deliver robust solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering inputs and resolve technical issues, supporting documentation and design verification. You will contribute to improving engineering processes and guide less experienced staff. This role offers the chance to work globally with some travel, contributing to Wärtsilä's mission of sustainable technologies and smart solutions.

Responsabilidades
• Experience with CAD programs for 3D design and drawing.
• Experience with Inventor is an advantage.
• English proficiency for full professional development.
• Knowledge about hydrodynamic bearings in energy, mining and industrial markets is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel ~10% for customer meetings.
