We are currently recruiting for a faculty position with academic development responsibilities across two strategic programmes: the Bachelor in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) and the Bachelor in Business and Technology . We are looking for someone with:
- A PhD in a relevant field, preferably.
- Bilingual or near-native English .
- International academic and professional outlook.
- University teaching experience.
- Preferably, professional experience in business, entrepreneurship, institutions, consulting or industry.
- Knowledge of the European Higher Education Area and academic quality frameworks, including Fundación Madri+d processes.
- A strong commitment to teaching in the fields of business and technology , as some of the most relevant and in-demand areas for the future of higher education and employment.
- The ambition to help develop and grow innovative bachelor’s degrees in an increasingly competitive international market. The role includes:
- Teaching undergraduate courses.
- Contributing to curriculum development and programme enhancement.
- Mentoring students.
- Supporting academic coordination and programme visibility.
- Helping strengthen the international positioning and attractiveness of the degrees.
