Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead cross-functional programs at Lonza Porriño, ensuring delivery of scope on time, in full, and with high quality. You will act as the customer advocate, aligning their needs with Lonza’s Mammalian Business Unit objectives and driving the customer journey forward. You will apply PM Standard Work to manage programs and coach onboarding, sharing best practices in project management. You will collaborate across functions and with AM/Sales to sustain customer satisfaction and uphold data integrity in Planview.

• Act as PM Peer during onboarding of new team members
• Develop and share PM best practices at local level
• Ensure adherence to General Program and PP CoE Standards and data integrity in Planview

Responsabilidades
• Spanish and English fluent
• Bachelor in Life Sciences (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in project/program management in pharmaceutical industry (cGMP, regulatory and biotech)
• Proficiency with MS Office
• PMP or PM certification
• Experience in matrix organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
