Returnable Responsible (Reverse Logistics) (Puzol)

Become part of our Operations Controlling team to be responsible for managing and optimizing all processes related to returnable products and packaging, ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of operations at group level.

You will build, oversee and assure the correct process flow of this internal process, internally as well as externally with stakeholders

**What will you do? Your role highlights**
- You will build, oversee and assure an efficient and sustainable process of returnable. Including development of work tools if necessary (with IT for ex.)
- You will lead continuous improvement projects, promoting innovation and adaptation to changing business needs.
- You will be responsible for stock management, to assure a proper stock management of all the material and assure business needs.
- You will coordinate with colleagues of other departments (indirect purchase, commercial teams, warehouses) to be aligned in the process to assure the efficiency.
- You will be responsible for proper account management on group level.
- You will be the contact for our stakeholders
- You will negotiate and follow-up with providers quantities and general conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Higher studies in Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Management, Finances, Logistics or similar. Also, Dual Education of International Management.
- You are fluent in Spanish and you have at least an intermediate level of English.
- You have at least 3-5 years of related work experience, being a specialist in returnable of packaging.
- Experience in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
