As a Level 1 Network and Security Support Engineer working for our prestigious client, a Cisco Gold Partner, you'll assume a critical role in maintaining the integrity of vital infrastructure components.

**Responsibilities**:

- Employ Zabbix to monitor the infrastructure, promptly acknowledging alerts and escalating incidents as necessary.
- Ensure the health status of network and security devices, striving for optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing tickets within the customer tool, and resolving basic incidents on Network and Security.
- Execute routine tasks on Network and Security components following established procedures and utilizing appropriate tools.
- Elevate complex issues to level 2 and above teams while meticulously updating ITSM tools.
- Deliver regular reports on activities to maintain transparency and accountability.

**Skills/Must Have**:

- Sound grasp of networking essentials, encompassing Switching (Arista, Cisco) and Firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet).
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve basic incidents according to prescribed protocols.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Eagerness to embrace new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
