We are looking for a Web Developer to support the development and maintenance of our internal intranet and web‑based tools, ensuring reliability, usability, and continuous improvement. What will you do? Development & Maintenance
- Develop and maintain new features for the company’s internal intranet and web applications
- Write clean, structured, and maintainable code (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ensure proper documentation and code commenting for long‑term maintainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs reported by internal users
- Perform regular updates and improvements to keep systems fully operational Database Management
- Write and optimize MySQL queries (CRUD operations)
- Design and create database structures to support new functionalities
- Translate business needs into effective database solutions Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams (IT, Operations, QA, Regulatory) to gather requirements
- Translate functional needs into technical solutions
- Document developments and technical decisions
- Communicate progress, timelines, and blockers clearly Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve the existing codebase
- Stay up to date with web development best practices What will you bring?
- Degree in IT/Engineering or similar
- 3+ years of experience as a Web Developer
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Apache environments
- Solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Experience working with existing codebases
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams
- Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English What we offer?
