Purchasing Technician (Sant Quirze del Vallès)

We are looking for a Purchasing Technician with experience in regulated industrial environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or industrial procurement departments.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP or similar).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Key responsabilitys:

- Full management of purchases for raw materials, packaging materials, and technical services.
- Negotiation with local and international suppliers regarding pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Consumption analysis, demand forecasting, and stock optimization.
- Coordination with Quality, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
- Updating and maintaining data in the ERP system and handling procurement-related documentation and audits.

Sueldo: 35.000,00€-45.000,00€ al año
