In this logistics-focused sales role within ABB Robotics, you drive growth by selling products and systems to logistics customers, building strong relationships, and translating customer needs into compelling solutions. You will develop and execute sales plans, coordinate offers with the bid/marketing teams, and ensure profitable orders while maintaining customer satisfaction. The role operates in a hybrid setup and requires travel. You’ll work in a dynamic, high-performing team shaping ABB’s logistics business and market impact.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Sell ABB products and systems to logistics customers with focus on volume, mix, and profitability targets
• Build and maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs and articulate ABB’s offering
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Prepare sales plans using ABB tools
• Communicate delivery, payment terms, and conditions in line with ABB strategy
• Support marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers
• Prepare offers with bid/proposal department and/or Marketing Manager
• Ensure technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions

Responsabilidades
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in the logistics market
• Proven ability in logistics applications
• Passion for technology and trends in logistics
• Degree in Engineering; MBA or equivalent is a nice-to-have
• Willingness to travel 20-30%
