In this global, remote role you will shape and manage international employee benefits within Remote's Global Operations team. You will partner with regional managers, brokers, and vendors to design, implement, and optimize benefit programs across countries, ensuring compliance and competitive total rewards. You’ll answer questions, support new hires, and help scale benefits as Remote grows. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced, async environment with a clear path to becoming a seasoned international benefits specialist.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop and oversee group benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, travel, disability) across regions
• Coordinate benefit processing and billing approvals
• Build strong partnerships with benefits broker and vendors; act as primary contact
• Assist employees with Benefits & Compensation during onboarding
• Research and respond to questions on benefit plan interpretations
• Evaluate and design new corporate benefit plans and programs
• Scale initiatives from pilot to full implementation

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee welfare benefits
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Fluent English; strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and willingness to learn more programs
• Remote work experience not required but a plus
