Overview: Perform all tasks during the production process, managing production equipment and verifying the quality of the manufactured product; according to the manufacturing guide and cleaning procedures, SOPs, GMPs and guidelines of the superior; in order to take control of all material produced, check that the consignment complies with the data specified in the guide and to continue production with another production batch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
- Reset and supply the machines constantly, to not to run out of materials in the whole manufacturing process and check that the product is in perfect condition throughout the process.
- Monitor the quality of the output to identify and discard faulty products, according to quality area clearance or instructions.
- Check machine controls and prepare samples to attach to the guide and regulatory folders and call control for the last verification.
- Ensure the amount of product per batch, filling all the rules and controls the production guidance specifies to have control of all the produced material.
- Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Solve any problems the machine may have of possible or alert the shift team leader to call the mechanics.
- Clean room and equipment, checking that there are no remains from the previous batch at the machines and call quality assurance for clearance in case of packaging activities.
- Train the new incorporations in the specific activities and functions of the position in which you are an expert.
