At Capitole Consulting we are looking to hire a Senior Fullstack Developer (PHP + Vue) with 5+ years of experience to join our client's team in Alicante. Your mission Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the evolution of applications related to concentrator management and consumption monitoring. You will actively participate in the technical vision and key initiatives such as architecture modernization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement What will you do day to day?
- Backend Redesign & Engineering Excellence
- Design, develop and refactor backend services in cloud environments
- Simplify legacy architectures and lead the migration from MySQL to PostgreSQL
- Manage Symfony and .NET updates
- Optimize data models and complex queries
- Reduce technical debt and improve maintainability
- Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews Performance, Stability & Scalability
- Monitor system performance alongside other teams
- Detect and resolve critical incidents
- Improve load management and traffic peak handling
- Integrate non-functional requirements from the design stage Cloud & Operability
- Develop scalable and resilient services
- Work in Kubernetes environments (AKS)
- Improve deployments using Helm
- Implement observability best practices Observability & Reliability
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA)
- Improve logging and traceability standards Requirements
- Solid experience in PHP, Symfony and Vue.js
- Knowledge of .NET
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, Helm
- Experience in cloud-native environments and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Knowledge of IAM (Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC)
- Experience in distributed architectures and microservices
- High level of English (C1) Location & Work Mode: Alicante, 2 days/week in the office during the first 2 months, moving to 1 day/week from the third month onwards.
