We prepare all food from scratch: baking our own bread, producing our own oils, sauces, and preserves – with a strong commitment to zero waste and sustainability throughout the business. About the role:

We’re looking for a chef with at least 2 years of experience and a strong desire to grow in the profession. You enjoy working with fresh ingredients, you care about quality, and you work well in a structured, fast-paced kitchen environment. xcskxlj You’re also looking for a long-term position in a serious company with real development and career opportunities. - Prepare and cook dishes according to our bistro concept and seasonal menu

- Collaborate in the development of new dishes and menus

- Maintain structure, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen (HACCP)

- Work sustainably and respectfully with ingredients and resources
