As Team Lead, you will build and grow a new Service Hub in Sant Cugat to enable global R&D; scientists and engineers to focus on innovation. You will lead a diverse team, drive digital transformation of internal processes, and partner with global colleagues to elevate support quality. You’ll implement automation and AI-driven improvements while maintaining compliance and audit-readiness. This role places you at the intersection of people leadership, process excellence, and technology-enabled service.

• Oversee R&D; support operations across Document Management (EDMS), Learning Management (LMS), and SAP S/4HANA data workflows

• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, accurate resolution of requests and audit-readiness
• Collaborate with leaders across Spain, US, Germany, and Switzerland to align hub goals with global R&D; objectives
• Integrate Roche Leadership Commitments into daily practice using agile methods to foster an inclusive, motivating culture

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing technical, engineering, or global customer support teams
• Advanced university degree or Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or business discipline
• Expert knowledge of enterprise applications (EDMS, LMS, SAP) and experience in regulated environments (Diagnostics, Pharma, Finance, Automotive)
• Experience in Agentic AI, automation, or AI prompt engineering to drive modern support models
• Excellent fluency in English; ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix; German is a plus
