The Technical Operations department has a vacancy in its team for the following position: General Process & Project Engineer The Position The Global Process & Project Engineer will provide and develop guides and standardization and supports plants in troubleshooting / process design. In the Engineering Area will develop guidelines, thus all plants have the required technical documentation and industrial safety documents in place. Will focus on benchmarking between plants and Best Practices. And in the Projects Area will conduct feasibility studies on projects and development of full PM cycle of assigned projects, will take overall responsibility on assigned projects from Design, Execution and Qualification (including CSV). Help Sites developing projects providing: Direction, Templates, Standardization criteria and taskforce support if required.

The main activities and responsibilities
- Develops budgetary estimations for projects and maintenance areas of all Sites and Global initiatives.
- Leads Projects from TechOps perspective following Centrient Project Management discipline.
- Participation in work of multiple teams (Maintenance, PMP) users' group.
- Executes strategies for completing projects across Centrient on time.
- Process knowledge regarding qualification procedures: Functional Specifications, DQ, F.A.T., S.A.T, IQ and OQ.
- Acts as “peer reviewer” in ongoing projects.
- Does benchmarking studies in: Maintenance, Process, Utilities and Projects.
- Develops templates for Engineering function.
- Does specific studies regarding engineering related topics.
- Develops KPIs within Engineering function of sites and does the follow-up of this items.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in the engineering field (Chemistry or Mechanical) and/or Master's degree in Engineering Management, Technical Management or Business Administration.
- + 3 years’ experience in technical departments: Maintenance engineer, Project Management, Process Engineering.
- Desirable expertise in process engineering.
- Excellent teamwork capability, focus on client (Sites).
- Organizational skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Speak-up freely over any deviation.
- Knowledge of working in a multicultural environment.
- Working knowledge of different engineering disciplines and how they relate to one another.
- Aptitude for managing risk.
- Discipline in project management and technical process.
