Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa, Mallorca is located on a cliff and surrounded by pine forests looking over the fishing town of Port Soller. **About the Role**: An opportunity has arisen for a Seasonal Outlet Manager position to join our F&B; department in Jumeirah Port Sóller Hotel & Spa.

**Purpose**:

- To ensure the smooth running of the Outlet Division the most efficient, courteous and effective manner to the Jumeirah International standards of service while maintaining the department profitability.
- The main duties of this role are to organize and supervise all processes of the Outlet and provide hands-on support to food and beverage colleagues. Also, ensure the outlet provides quality service that is consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with budgeted and forecasted projections.

**Main Duties**:

- Ensures that all colleagues’ activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah International Quality Management System.
- Provides hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.
- Conducts team briefings, meetings, and training as directed by Management.
- Assists management to maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that all colleagues have a working knowledge and follow the LSOPs all at all times.
- Ensures that an effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas.
- Supervises the level, consistency, and quality of table and/ or counter service of all menu items.
- Ensures that all colleagues adhere to all food hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Consistently monitors quality of food and beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/ complaints to Management.
- Actively promotes the use of up selling techniques within outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
- Provides specialist advice to customers and colleagues on food and beverages.
- Supervises all aspects of food and beverage quality, service and hygiene and escalates concerns to Management.
- Responsible for operational ROTA and holiday plan.

- Previous Management Courses and Training

**Experience**
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar type of establishment (5* Hotel or Restaurant)

**Skills**: Essential
- Excellent level of English
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Demonstrates excellent supervisory and leadership skill
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Micros
- Works well under pressure
- Demonstrates flexibility in working according to the needs of the business
- Excellent customer care skills

Desirable
