**Your role.**

As Head Concierge, you will be the face of the guest experience, leading the concierge team and ensuring every interaction reflects the essence of Nômade. You will anticipate guest needs, curate personalized experiences, and oversee exceptional service standards from arrival to departure.

**What you will do.**
- Lead and oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring seamless guest service.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized recommendations and experiences.
- Manage concierge team scheduling, training, and development.
- Coordinate restaurant, transport, event, and lifestyle bookings for guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and suppliers.
- Ensure accurate communication between front office, F&B;, and management teams.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and special arrangements with excellence and discretion.
- Continuously enhance guest satisfaction through innovation and attention to detail.
- Foster a warm, professional, and guest-focused team culture.

**Who we’re looking for.**
- Passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills.
- Experienced in concierge services within luxury hotels or lifestyle venues.
- Highly guest-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
- Strong local knowledge of Ibiza lifestyle, culture, and experiences.
- Team player with the ability to inspire and lead.

**Requirements.**
- Previous experience as Head Concierge, Concierge Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience management.
- Experience in team management and operational coordination.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Valid EU work permit.
