We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cutting-edge engineering and industrialization projects within the Aerospace, Drone/UAV, and Space sectors. This is an opportunity to work on highly innovative technologies alongside multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams in a fast-moving environment. If you have a strong technical project management background and experience delivering complex aerospace or autonomous systems programs, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Lead multiple technical projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved. Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, industrialization, logistics, and flight operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Manage project planning, scheduling, resources, and risk mitigation activities. Oversee testing, validation, qualification, and implementation of corrective actions where required. Act as the technical interface for clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and ensuring project expectations are met. Support proposal and tender activities, including technical input and cost estimation. Drive continuous improvement across production workflows and industrialization processes. What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Industrialization, or Program Management within a high-tech engineering environment. Strong experience in at least one of the following sectors:
- Aerospace
- Drones / UAVs
- Space Degree qualified in Engineering, Electronics, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management. Proven experience managing complex technical projects from development through to production and testing. Strong understanding of industrialization processes, manufacturing workflows, testing, and logistics operations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
