Job Overview The Geely Regional After-Sales Field Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving after-sales activities within a designated region. This role involves developing and implementing after-sales strategies to achieve market goals, managing a group of dealers, and fostering strong relationships with key after-sales roles within the dealer to ensure sustained business growth. This role involves working closely with dealer's staff to understand customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Geely products and services. Main Duties and Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic after-sales plans to achieve regional and market targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dealer representatives to ensure optimal performance. Analyse after-sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct regular after-sales meetings and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align after-sales strategies with overall company objectives. Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management. Education and Experience A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Organization Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Previous experience with a minimum of 5 years of after-sales experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role and/or customer service is highly valued.
