With three modern production sites: Thurland, Straelen and Reutlingen, and as part of the international Foodiverse Group, we work every day to make healthy eating easier and more accessible. We are looking for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, a structured and reliable working style, and solid experience in Accounts Payable and SAP FI‐AP. Main responsibilities Invoice processing and posting in SAP FI‐AP, ensuring correct tax, PO and cost‐center allocation. Payment run preparation, due‐date monitoring and coordination with Treasury. Vendor account reconciliation and follow‐up of open items. Supplier communication and issue resolution through 3‐way matching. Support in month‐end and year‐end closing (accruals, GR/IR review). Compliance with internal controls, audit support and vendor master data updates. Participation in process improvements and workflow optimization. Your profile Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar. At least 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting. Knowledge or experience regarding German VAT and invoice requirements Strong knowledge of SAP FI‐AP and MS Excel. Experience with electronic statements, payment files and bank management.
