Main responsibilities Customer service via phone and handling of sales inquiries. Closing sales and ensuring that leads are converted into customers. Providing personalized advice, identifying needs, and offering appropriate financial solutions. Handling objections and negotiating in a results-oriented manner. Tracking leads and managing them through a CRM system. Providing administrative support, including preparing and managing contracts. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales or customer service (telemarketing). Fluency in English (the interview will be conducted in English). Knowledge of sales techniques, lead management, and CRM. Experience in the financial, automotive, or service sectors is a plus. Proficiency with computer software.
